Black Friday is almost here! If you want to get a sneak peek at what’s gonna be on sale, check out www.black-friday.net. Don’t eat so much turkey that you can’t get up early or you might just miss something. My family will be traveling on Black Friday – we’re going to Myrtle Beach. I KNOW that my husband is gonna insist on going to Bass Pro Shops so we may have to cut the trip short if he spends too much $.

Today is a great coupon day!
The News and Observer has 3 inserts chocked full of coupons today. I went to Walgreen’s earlier to buy an extra cause they are so good!
While I was at Walgreens I was able to pick up 5 of the Air Wick I-motion air freshners for $0. They are on sale for 1/2 price ($3.99) and I had some of the $4 off coupons left. If you plan to do this deal you need to act fast because the coupons expire 11/22/09.
Other bargains found were small boxes of Cheez Its for .50 each and 8 pack Austin crackers (4 crackers per pack) on sale for .50 each. That’s a GREAT price since they are usually $1.8x. Limit of 4 on those.
I’ve got to spend time this afternoon cutting and organizing my coupons. I’ve been very slack this week. Gotta get back at it!

Calling All Moms! Target Toy Coupons
Target has a TON of toy coupons at this site (scroll down past all the food coupons). You can print as many coupons as you’d like. And don’t forget that you can use 1 target coupon AND 1 manufacturer coupon per item! These coupons coupled with some of the toy coupons in the last few newspaper inserts might get you some really cheap Christmas gifts. Also, remember the black Friday sales coming soon!

Triples at Harris Teeter thru 11-10-09
Triples at HT today through next Tuesday. Don’t know if I’ll have time to go this weekend or not. Hopefully me and my mom are going to a craft bazaar at one of the local churches. That’s much more fun that going to triples!

Kroger Trip – 10/29/09
Went Krogering after work and saved a bunch! Total before q’s and card was $179.03. After q’s and card . . . . $73.68! Deals included 6 free bottles of Snuggle fabric softener, $1 Stayfree pads, .49 gatorade, free playtex gloves. Gotta love it!
It’s not too late for you guys to get in on the savings. The sale ends Saturday, October 31.

BJ’s Membership Club Coupon Exchanges
BJ’s Membership Club of Garner and Raleigh are offering coupon exchanges in November and December. I have been to two of these so far and I have been able to pick up some really great coupons.
All you have to do is show up! You do not have to be a BJ’s member.
Here are the dates:
BJ’s Membership Club of Garner (at White Oak)
November 9th – 5pm – 7pm
November 10th – 10am – 12pm
December 8th – 10am – 12pm AND 5pm – 7 pm
BJ’s Membership Club of Raleigh (Capital Blvd.)
November 17th – 10am – 12pm
December 15th – 10am – 12 pm
If you are taking coupons in to trade they do ask that you have them clipped and separated into the following groups:
Pet
Food
Baby
Health & Beauty
Cleaning, Storage & Paper
Miscellaneous
Also, if you have any coupons that are expired you can take them in and BJ’s will pay to ship them overseas to our military families. They are able to use them for up to 6 months after the expiration date. Please have these coupons already clipped and separated into 2 categories; food and non-food.
